Ce n’est qu’en cherchant l’adresse que je suis tombé sur les commentaires sur Google Maps, et heureusement ! De mon côté, ça s’est très bien passé. Le gestionnaire du site, M. Réda a été très sympathique et serviable. Lors du contrôle de l’état de la voiture, il a été très transparent et m’a montré un éclat que je n’avais pas repéré. Il m’a même laissé son numéro personnel en cas de soucis En tout cas, j’ai apprécié l’expérience.

I paid for the rent and insurance with Priceline, and when I arrived they said the insurance I had was worthless and asked me for almost €900 in insurance, and when I looked at the rental contract, I paid double for the service. A rip-off, not to mention the lack of education and respect from the people who assisted me.

Let’s just say that this car rental place is definitely the worst car rental place I’ve ever dealt with in my life and here’s why: (1) they tried to put a hold on my credit card for almost US$10,000 for damage, which is obscene; (2) they lied to me and tried to say they ran my credit card and it was declined, but when I called American Express while I was right there in their shop in Kenitra, American Express told me they never tried to run it. This is because they wanted to grab $1500 in US dollars cash. So magically just because I was given them cash the damage deposit goes down by $7500 (USD). And if you read the reviews on their Google places in Rabat, The deposit scam starts to unravel because there’s probably 20 to 30 people that they’ve tried to do this to in the past year. And the people that do cough up the 1500 to 2 grand in cash lose their deposit because they make some sort of excuse like if there’s a tiny scratch on the car they’ll keep your entire deposit. So if you’re looking to rent a car in robot or Kenitra, please do not use this company if you’re smart. The government should shut them down!!!!!!

Company is very complicated and not helpful at all
