Our experience with this rental car agency wasn't great, especially with a staff member named Zouhair. We had reserved a car with them a week before our trip, but when we got there, Zouhair told us that the car wasn't available. We were disappointed and frustrated, but he promised us that the car would be ready later in the day. Unfortunately, it wasn't, and we had to spend an extra day without a car. Zouhair didn't apologize for the inconvenience, which made us feel upset. To make things worse, when we finally got the car, Zouhair added a new rule to our contract that limited how far we could drive each day. This was unexpected and not fair to us. Overall, we didn't have a great experience with this rental car agency.

Good people and good cars. Zouhir was very helpful and pleasure to work with. Our car was new and with AC. No credit card needed, just cash deposit which was returned without questions asked. Honest people, I will definitely come back. Thank you Zouhir!

I leased a car for 4 days from this company and I would thoroughly recommend this place for their customer service and for the quality of vehicles.Cars are very economical where I filled up a full tank assuming I may need more but after all the travel I was left over with half a tank of fuel. This is the first time I leased out a car and after looking into literally over 20 places I decided to lease the car due to the passionate conversations I had with the Manager of the place.It really worked for me and was a very good first experience. I went all the way from Meknes to Fez to get the vehicle. There was another guy who was there whom were very helpful as we got lost on the way back to return the car and he literally walked about 400m to get us from the junction. You can be sure that all your questions will be not ignored and will carefully answered and they really do look after the Customers at their best than many places I have seen who do lot of business in mega scale just for the Dollars.He will even give you additional information without giving unverified information.
